With other providers, you would share an account with all the other practices in the plan – hence the reason you are given very little flexibility on payment and collections dates, amendments or additions. With Patient Plan Direct your practice is given a unique account number. A major advantage of having a separate account is the provision of a secure web-based Client Administration Portal where you can manage and administer; in real-time your patients account information. The portal also includes a full suite of reports available on demand.
