What is the Worldwide Dental A&E Cover?

The Worldwide Dental Accident & Emergency insurance element of Patient Plan Direct’s solution is underwritten by Hiscox, an ‘A – excellent’ rated company. The Hiscox claims philosophy is that claims handling should be based on fairness and common sense.

The insurance covers patients for: temporary treatment whilst away from home, out-of-hours call out, treatment following an accident*, hospital benefit, redundancy cover and a cash benefit if diagnosed with mouth cancer – as per the terms of the policy wording.

*The cover includes the placement, replacement or repair of implants following an accident up to a limit of £2,500 per implant and £20,000 limit per annum.
