Why Patient Plan Direct?
We researched a few different plan providers. After meeting with a Business Development Manager, I liked the fact we would have full control over our plans. We could offer bespoke plans that suited us and our patients.
We were also confident about our Business Development Manager’s experience in the dental field which gave us reassurance. They worked with the team to ensure they were fully trained and confident in promoting our plans to patients.
Following opening our doors, we have got 70% of patients back on plan within 6 months. This is a lot quicker than we expected – particularly with the practice being completely closed for 6 months!
The training and support our Business Development Manager has given us has helped us to achieve success. We’ve had a number of training sessions and we like that we have a member of the client services team who can help with any portal or reporting queries.
