Why Patient Plan Direct?
We were looking to be as cost-effective as possible, and with our existing provider we realised we were paying for extras that we just didn’t use. We didn’t want a branded plan from one of the big providers and we wanted to use our own branding.
We also desired control over our plans and to be able to add value for our patients. All these prerequisites were met by Patient Plan Direct.
Transferring has made a massive difference in helping us increase our membership levels. Our schedules are busier than they used to be and we’ve now got patients who buy into the whole aspect of care over the longer term, rather than having some restorative work done and then disappearing.
We naturally had some trepidation when switching provider and we spent time thinking about what we wanted to achieve. For us, Patient Plan Direct fit perfectly with our needs and future goals.
